Konami installs SYNKROS casino management system on 11 US cruise ships – IAG

Konami Gaming has announced a new partnership with US cruise line Holland America Line which has seen its SYNKROS casino management system installed on all 11 ships in the fleet.

The launch of SYNKROS on Holland America Line ships aims to optimize the slot machine experience for customers, offering cashless wagering and quick access to information about their game, including points earned and redemption easy of any promotion or offer. Guests can also participate in on-demand slot tournaments, sweepstakes, and floor-wide bonus events.

This latest installation is part of an agreement Konami signed with Carnival Corporation & plc in 2018 for SYNKROS to become Carnival’s official gaming business management system. The two companies are currently implementing the system on Carnival’s portfolio of more than 90 ships, spanning nine cruise brands.
